Citicon is one of the premiere concrete contractors in the south of Mega Manila. Founded in 2007, we have embarked on a steady course towards being one of the largest and most reliable concrete contractors. With batching plants strategically located across Laguna, Batangas, and Cavite, we are equipped to cater to the region’s rapid growth.
At Citicon, Quality is our Pride. Our commitment to provide high quality concrete and the best service in the industry is our top priority. As such, we are a member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI), a leading global authority on the standards of concrete design, construction and materials.
Through the course of 15 years, we have grown from one batching plant with 30 employees to four batching plants with 300 employees. Plant IV in Malvar, which was erected in 2018, can supply up to 120 cubic meters per hour. Our flagship plant in Biñan, after being upgraded in 2022, has the same capacity. Meanwhile, Plant II in Malvar and Plant III in Silang can operate at 100 cubic meters per hour. To match this capacity, our operations are optimized to ensure that our concrete is always delivered on time.
Combined with our total fleet, Citicon can cater to the various concrete requirements of the region’s dynamic market.
We have capacitated each batching plant to provide the best product and service for simple projects and complex, high-volume projects alike. Our transit mixers with smaller capacities of 5 to 6 m3 allow us to navigate job sites that are busy or have narrow access ways. Meanwhile, our transit mixers with larger capacities of 8 to 12 m3 are ideal for large and fast-moving projects.
Our six boom-type concrete pumps also range widely, from 21 to 43 meters. Meanwhile, our stationary pumpcretes can reach up to 200 meters, or the equivalent of a 60-story building.
Additionally, we are able to directly source our aggregates through our dump trucks. This ensures that even through crises, our stockpiles never run out.
Lastly, each batching plant is equipped with an in-house laboratory. This is essential, as it enable us to assure the consistency and caliber of our concrete’s quality. This also allows us to better engineer custom designs for your project.
